About

A thoughtful space for your story.

Jamey Savoie, LCSW, CCTP-II, is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions. She studied psychology at Louisiana State University and earned her Master of Social Work from Tulane University.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level II (CCTP-II), Jamey has also completed specialized training in attachment trauma treatment. She brings an advanced understanding of complex trauma, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and the ways early experiences can shape present-day patterns. Jamey believes healing happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship. Her approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward lasting change.

Throughout her career, Jamey has worked in a variety of clinical settings, shaping her understanding of how deeply our emotional, physical, relational, and nervous systems are connected. She integrates body-based, nervous system-informed approaches to help clients understand how stress and trauma are held in the body, build greater emotional regulation, and develop a renewed sense of safety, resilience, and connection.

At the core of Jamey’s work is the belief that our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships all have a story. She helps clients explore patterns with curiosity and compassion, reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward greater balance, confidence, and hope.
